Managing Members’ Information

 


It’s easy to keep track of your subscribers’ relationships to your organization. Once you’ve accepted a request to join your organization, that person will automatically be considered a “subscriber.”

View your list of members by clicking on “Members” in your Admin Dashboard. Change a subscriber’s  relationship to your organization by clicking on their name, clicking next to the appropriate role, and saving the changes at the bottom of the window.

Unless someone actively does not want to receive emails from your organization, it is a good idea to maintain their role as a subscriber in addition to any other roles they may take on.
