   8 O'clock Ranch started with one man saying to one girl " I am going to buy some sheep." From there, as they say is history. Seven years later and three more families are now providing lamb, beef, pork and eggs. Everything is raised "beyond organic" as well as humanely. Grass is our best friend up here in the St. Lawrence River Valley - good thing too as it is all of the livestocks main source of feed. Only our pigs and chicken have extra home grown grains in there diet.

 

    Shares are shipped once a month in an insulated box. No fear of spoiled meat!
